"Hines" Specials
Put your sandwich together in this order:
- one slice of bread
- mustard
- cheese
- fried egg, yolk broken
- bacon
- one slice of bread
- mayo or Miracle Whip
- tomato
- lettuce
- one slice of bread Bread can be toasted or untoasted.
Cut sandwich into fourths and secure with toothpicks or cocktail sticks.
